Oh Chile, it’s a whole new month

February went a little like this….

I took quite some time away. To make up for that, this will be a lingerie review + life update. School is back up and running and I’ve been spending time with friends here and there to keep my sanity. February was a really good month and I have nothing but high hopes for March!

In Feb a friend of mine hosted a Gallentine’s Day. A night where the gworls get dressed up in cute lingerie, have tons of snacks, indulge in whatever we want, and celebrate each other and ourselves. I REALLY love that my friend does this, it’s a good vibe every time. This year they did a little contest. We all voted on our favorite lingerie set of the night.

Aaaanndd I won first place! Pictured below is the lingerie and my goodie bag from the night. Inside my goodie bag was a candle, an adorable heart shaped pillow, and a mug wrapped up with chocolates inside 🥰

The red is sold out, but the entire set is available in purple. I’m slowly learning that I’m a fan of balconette bras. The cut makes me feel sexy. The lace makes everything see through. It’s not dramatic but you are getting a little peak. The skirt has two garters on the side. No four way hold up here. I was definitely pulling my stockings up throughout the night. I wore some red fishnet thigh highs. I would have worn a solid color pair of thigh highs, but those currently have holes in them. I will be honest with you, I’m not the most delicate person when it comes to stockings. I try my hardest, but sometimes (most…of the time) the stockings try harder.

The panties were a little tight. Usually whenever I get a lace cut, in anything, it’s tighter because of the lace material. Hence why I don’t have much lace underwear. I like a nice stretchy breathable fabric. This fabric is breathable, yet there is no stretch. Solid for accomplishing the look though. I would recommend this set to anyone. The skirt is fun to play around with and the entire set itself is great for teasing. I might see about that purple version.

I’m working on a new website ya’ll! It was always a personal goal of mine to create a website for sex education. Full of fun interesting content and resources. Heavy on the resources. A school project calls for me to do something like this so I decided to kick it up in high gear. For those that don’t know I’m getting my masters in Human Sexuality. My focus is sex education. I want to build a resource that can be useful for anyone. Sexuality is a MAJOR part of our lives and we should be able to talk about it.

All of my “Fetish Friday” posts will be transformed over there. I’m a little stressed out about it, but excited. I’m no HTML girlie, but I’m learning little tricks here and there.

Enjoy these photos taken during a ramen lunch date. February was full of bonding with old and new friends. Cultivating solid relationships and having hearty discussions. I think that’s worth mentioning. For March? It’s school, school, school, and reading. I’ve come across some GREAT books and all I want to do is curl up and read. But these assignments come first.

I’ve been having some bouts of anxiety, but spending some time on Pokemon violet helps. I’m currently building up all eevee evolutions because that’s the mood I’m in.

The bra is comfortable and supportive. Comfortable when I’m standing up. I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I was lying down in bed wearing it, it became ✨quite✨ uncomfortable. I don’t have any nude bras or underwear that match my skin tone so gracefully so it’s a WIN. The thongs came in a pack of three. Perfect match to my skin tone. I found them to be a little tight, so I’ll be sizing up next time.

“The Plumetis Suspender is breathtaking”(quote from the site). IT SURE IS. I was searching the site for thigh highs because I wanted something perfect to pair it with. Didn’t find any. Chile. Would you know they GAVE me thigh highs?! It was something so simple, and I was in love already. The thigh highs were so SOFT. That was the moment I knew it was going to be a good jawn. There are THREE straps on the garter belt, and I love that. This is truly a garter belt of quality. The band on the belt is lighter than the straps, but that doesn’t take away from the overall nude look.

I wish that I had gotten the tights in a bigger size. I HATE stockings. Love the look of them, but it’s a sensory issue for me. I didn’t have that issue with these. They’re delicate. The stockings complimented my skin tone in a way I’ve rarely seen from stockings. Everything was going so well until I ripped them 😅. I thought the L/XL would have been enough, but I should have been looking in the plus section. Unfortunately the color I want is completely sold out. Bummer. For ME. You should still have a look around and see if there’s anything for you.

Below you can find a few photos I was able to grab in the set. Stockings aren’t pictured because I ripped them. Thigh highs aren’t really pictured because I ripped those too 🙃. I now know to be careful with these. Anything could snag them and it’s game over. If you get blessed with a pair of these stockings? Don’t be like me, please take care of them.

How did you start your New Year? Any resolutions?

I’ve been working on a few things and it’s always peaceful when I can sit down and write. I’m on break from school so I’m taking time to read things for my own pleasure.

I’ve also been thinking A LOT about accessible resources. Accessible free information. I’m passionate about education and I’m letting that passion guide me through this next project. I’ll let the idea bounce around in my head before I even start a draft, but this one feels….natural. It’s a pain in my ass when I’m in my own head, but it all pays off in the end. I might be able to get some drafts off for it today.

Hi babes! Today I’m bringing you a piece by Laina Rauma. I’ve only done one other post featuring this designer, but I have SO MANY pieces by her. I’ll consider blogging about those just so you can get a better feel of her designs. She’s someone who I watch and put in my calendar when it comes to drops.

The particular pieces that I’m reviewing were a part of her most recent Dance Class drop. These pieces would be considered dance wear, lounge, etc.. Really however you want to style it.

Full page for all Dance Class Pt.2 items is here. There aren’t that many sizes left, so I’d hurry on over if I were you. She just launched Deep Sweet, her latest lingerie drop. I grabbed a few pieces and I can’t wait until they get here! It’s also worth checking out here sale section. That way you can see what previous drops have been looking like.

The bodysuit has a zipper in the back that I couldn’t reach by myself. Had to get help with this one 😅. Once I was all zipped in?! Loved it.

I was eating a coconut flavored popsicle, don’t mind it in pics. I’m pretty sure it goes without saying that this can be worn in several ways. The pieces from this collection are made to be mixed and matched however you please. I love the feel of this bodysuit and I’m enamored with these sleeves. The fit is a bit tight in the nether regions. I got another bodysuit from the previous collection in a XL and it was a little big so I decided to size down with this one. In my opinion the XL would have been a better fit for me most likely. You do have some stretch with this item so keep that in mind when making your purchase. Best things about this piece: versatility, long flowing sleeves, color, and comfort.

The leg warmers?! Oh I’m a fan of some leg warmers. There are two kinds you can get from the drop, I got the fuzzy ones. I’ve always liked that look of bunched up socks or leg warmers. I wear them when I’m doing floor work because it’s hard to grip the pole wearing them. These are definitely getting worn out because it’s getting colder and I absolutely can’t stand it.

I’m a big fan of this collection because I’m always looking for comfy cute styles to wear on the pole. Shorts and a sports bra can be so boring. That doesn’t always get me in the mood to practice. When I’m dressed in my dance class gear? I feel like a dance class gworl. I also feel that my shapes and moves look better when I feel better.

There were so many other beautiful pieces from this drop that I missed out on. The bra and thong combination, the shorts, can’t believe I wasn’t on it like I normally am. Actually, I can. Lately, I have been having some bad body days. Days I shouldn’t be having because my body is absolutely amazing. I’m a Black Queer Woman so I don’t really believe in being humble about the great things about me. It’s also the winter season, and I’ve been feeling some seasonal depression. It sucks, but I’m moving through it because I have so much to be happy about.

Laina Rauma is all about comfort and sex appeal. The pieces look beautiful alone, but they are made to be layered upon one another. It’s a look. The bra, the panties, the garters. It all comes together in a real classy way.

The mesh is thick enough where you don’t see anything. The tease is in the outline. In photos you can see the imprint of my nipple piercings, but not the nipple. I spent all day getting content in this. Taking photos and some video. It’s comfortable, sexy, and I’m SO GLAD I got it in pink. I don’t have enough pink lingerie. As it says in the titles, both bra and regular panty are adjustable. When it’s adjustable if you fuck up in sizing, you can fix it.

The regular panty did feel baggy at first, definitely looked baggy. Once I adjusted the straps to my body? Perfection. Looks great alone, and it adds something more with the crotchless panty. I love her crotchless panties. I have a blue pair, in a large. *chefs kiss* The material is soft, stretchy, and breathable. Very comfortable fit for the nether regions.

I did the same with the bra. Adjusted it to my body. I was having a real body positive moment in that mirror. Feeling good and looking good in my sexy pink lingerie. My OF subscribers are going to be spoiled this month. The bra was specifically made to be pretty and cute and it says that on the website. So you won’t get much stability and support here.

I made the adjustments needed and it looks like a very skimpy bikini. That’s the vibe. A sexy tease. I already see this bra and panty combo being a staple for me this summer. Paired with this little scarf I got from the hair store? I see it, I’m manifesting it. Plop a flower in my hair. It’s my summer look.

The garter still rides up my thighs when I walk. I have to adjust it in photos when I move around, BUT! it’s good jawn. I have big thighs so it’s a given. I might fuck around and see what’s left in my size off the garters alone. I don’t feel constricted, and somehow I ended up wearing this one set the entire day. It’s that comfortable.

Moe Flavor Succubus

Hello! Hello!! Today I bring you a new set from a new site. I’ve had my eye on this place for a while. With all the deals over the weekend they made my list. Today I will be discussing the sheer succubus bodysuit from Moe Flavor.

Sheer Succubus Bodysuit (Black,L/XL)

At Moe Flavor they describe their store as, waifu inspired lingered and street fashion. When I first came across them this bodysuit was extremely popular and still is. It’s become one of their staple pieces. The bodysuit comes in black, red, and pink. You will also receive a succubus headband. There is some discussion of vinyl, but as far as material description there isn’t much.

Measuring yourself is recommended! So I got my measuring tape and got to work. My measurements came out to L/XL, and it fits well, but it isn’t perfect. I could have possibly went with a M/L. The first time I put it on, I was messing around with the zipper. Really had to show that flexibility. Second time, I zipped it, and pulled it up. The second method shall be my preferred going forward. The material is stretchy and the straps on the sides are adjustable. I don’t mind the fit at all, it’s better than what I expected. Will I be purchasing in other colors? Yes.

Overall feel is comfortable. The bikini tie at the top isn’t my all time favorite though. A halter style with that same vinyl and maybe a hook closure could do it for me here. I tried it normal bikini tie and then cross in the front. Cross in the front was cute, but then became uncomfortable after some time. I love the wing detail, the straps on the side, and the use of the material.

There is another version of this bodysuit that I’m quite interesting in getting. The Sheer Succubus Micro Underwear Version. That one would be PERFECT for a lewd photoset. Both are good, but let’s be honest, it’s all about the tease. I do wish that one came in more colors.

First of all, this might just be my favorite collection from SavageX of the year. It’s giving super villain, league of villains. I was up in the mirror trying to figure out my quirk. Gloves are not pictured because I didn’t want my nails to rip them. I did try them on and they are a GREAT fit. Can’t do much of taking photos in them though. Unless you have a clicker. Anyway, let’s get into everything.

The bra leaves the titties SITTING. Perky and perfect. It does have some padding. Not the kind that triples your bra size, but enough to give some lift. The vinyl isn’t constricting at all, you have plenty of room to move around. I was worried about the panties, but they are quite comfortable. Not constricting nor do they cut deep into the skin when you move around. The buttons are a cute feature. A pair of stretchy shiny panties.

These damn stockings. I knew they were going to be a good jawn the minute I saw them. Sure enough ladies and gentlemen they ARE a 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOR MY THICK THIGH DARLINGS. I have huge thighs and it’s always hard for me to find some that stay up and look good. Not at SavageXFenty though. Oh at SavageXFenty the thick thigh girls are living. So yes, grab these. Even if you just get these, and put JUST these on, you’ll feel sexy as fuck.

The gloves aren’t pictured but I did try them on. Beautiful gloves. Great gloves. Very much so giving sexy mad scientist. Another great investment because they can add some spice to other simple pieces.

Ribbon Writing Collection

Getting out of my own head, I’m just going to start writing. I have many a review for you.

Hope you’re doing well, and thank you for joining me back here at itsthegartersforyou. Decided to have a photoshoot this evening. Got some new lights, and I’m creating a space for content. Filming, photoshoots, that kind of thing. I’m not that great at decorating unless it’s the Sims so I’m taking my time with this. But as I sat there snapping away photos for Onlyfans, I thought this piece would be great to review!

I feel like when I got this I couldn’t really enjoy it like I wanted to. I was really fond of the blue and pink. So obviously I had to get everything that came out. I also have the pasties, crotchless panties, lace balconette bra, and the teddy. I’ll make sure to talk about that teddy at some point before this month is up.

Before I even sat down and started taking photos, I knew this was a good jawn. I ditched the pasties, and waist tie. Pasties weren’t cooperating with my new nails. Waist tie just wasn’t cooperating. I admired my final look in the mirror. Bra, panty, leg harness. I managed to finesse the bra so only a smidgen of nipple poked out. I was looking scrumptious.

So this quarter cup lace bra. The point is for your nipples to be out. I only photographed as is because the pasties weren’t working for me. Doesn’t mean they won’t ever work, it’s my nails. They are reusable and come with 4 strips of adhesive. I use small strips of boob tape. It would have been very cute for photos, But these nails made it hard to peel off the back pieces. Bra works just as fine, if not better, without the pasties.

The panties are stretchy and somewhat see through. In photos, not so much. It’s if you’re staring up close and personal, then you can see some cooch. The tie is removable so you can use it however you wish. Enjoy that detail. Really gives you more room to play with the entire collection. They are Brazilian cut, but ended up being a thong by the time I was done with everything. Didn’t mind it, still comfortable due to the material. Also, thongs are usually my style of choice, so I could be biased.

Now the leg harness. Unfortunately, they aren’t available in the bright pink anymore. There is an option for the harness in white. There are only a few sizes left, but these are very stretchy. I have pretty big thighs. I have difficulty finding things such as thigh highs. The band on these is what I think the band is on thigh highs when I buy them. Only this time I wasn’t disappointed. Not only are they stretchy, they are adjustable. So if the stretch isn’t enough, you can adjust for more stretch. I’m in love with these. (To be completely honest I don’t know if I should refer to said harness as a single item or a pair. The website says harness and not harnesses so I think I’m safe in my singular tone.)

So change can be scary, but sometimes it is needed. I’ve been changing small habits here and there, and shifting focus. As far as content goes, I have been stuck in my head. Writing, filming, makeup. Just stuck in my head about shit I know I can do. What does one do in these moments of doubt? The damn thing. You do the damn thing anyway and you power through it. For myself, it’s the process that turns me off. The end result becomes damn near impossible when I’m in the rough draft.

So I’m slowly changing how I do things. Slowly changing how I want to live my life. I’m only on my own schedule, and I put pressure on myself. Nezuko has been more than helpful. I’m literally never alone in my own home. I can’t remember the last time I took a solo bathroom trip. Even if for a few seconds. She loves water, so bath time is no longer me time. Any time I go into the kitchen she follows because that’s her favorite place to be. I also introduced her to the outside world, via my balcony. Although the other day she found herself in a drawlin predicament. While chasing ladybugs she ended up on side of my building. She safely returned inside upon hearing me shake some treats. That will be the end of that.

Time is still a very wild concept to me, and the Sims got me in a chokehold, but I miss updating this bad boy. I started this blog with a purpose and I can only grow from here. 💕

I wasn’t crazy about it at first. I don’t really go for asymmetrical shoulder pieces. I was hesitant, but I said fuck it. It was my birthday month so why not. What drew me in were the thigh highs at first. I liked the pattern of the band that held them up. A pattern that I wanted to lay smoothly against my thighs, so I got a XL.

First day wearing the thigh highs, first day trying on the entire set! I rip a run in one of the thigh highs. I have my press ons on, and frequently underestimate them. It broke my heart and I’m pretty sure I’m going to replace them at some point. I’m not a stockings girl, like I keep saying, but a good pair of stockings can really pull together a set. If I haven’t stated it before I believe I have a sensory processing disorder when it comes to stockings or stocking like material. It takes me a MINUTE to put on stockings because I have to get used to the feel. It’s a process of pulling them up and easing into the feeling. It’s….it’s a thing for me.

Now for the teddy

First glance, or maybe just because I have astigmatism, the piece will look like a black teddy with white and black flowers. Girl, I didn’t know the flowers had color until I opened the box. The flowers are lightly colored and greatly compliment each other. It’s beautiful. Regal.

The fit is extremely comfortable, I didn’t even have to adjust it when I first put it on. Still haven’t because there isn’t really a need to. I would definitely say that SavageX is TRUE TO FIT. When I put this teddy on, I felt sexy INSTANTLY. This piece is different from most things I have in my closet. Definitely the first lingerie piece I own that goes on one shoulder. Personally, I really enjoy it and would recommend it for all body types. It enhances your natural shape, and makes the booty look amazing. Boobs are looking pretty stellar too if I do say so myself. The material isn’t completely see through. You could get away with wearing this with some shorts or dress pants. Wide leg dress pants. I see the vision.

There is a hook closure in the back as well as adjustable straps. Being that it’s a g-string teddy, the entire back is out so keep that in mind. I was surprised to find that out, but wasn’t mad about it. The flowers cover your nips and nether region so there isn’t much of anything peaking through. The material is mostly see through around the stomach area.

I enjoy this piece and am happy that I’ve added it to my SavageXFenty teddy collection.

I’ve written a review on the Lush set before, but I haven’t written one about a particular update. I now have this set in red, blue, black, green, and white. Yes, I do plan on getting the other colors. When I ordered the green and white sets they came with a crotchless panty! So now when you buy the set you’ll get: bra, garters, garter belt, regular panty, and a crotchless panty. Crotchless panties are all the rage right now. They’re an essential part of the lingerie drawer. The ones that come with this set, aren’t my favorite.

Now this is a large, and I’m thinking a XL might fit better. My issue is that it rides up TIGHT in the crevice of my thigh. It’s not stretchy enough for this ass. I’ve tried the green one and the white one. I don’t find myself reaching out to them when I’m dressing in lingerie.

Pressure is one of the various harness sets that have been rolling out from LushLavie. When I first tried this on I didn’t know what the hell I was doing and I almost broke it. This is a set where you really have to play around with those adjustable straps! Those adjustable straps are an EXCELLENT component to this piece. Often times you get a harness and it is what it is. The fit is the fit. With this you can adjust to your liking. You can adjust to your own personal perfect fit. I will say I’m still playing around with the top. There is no real “right” way to wear it, but I’m still playing around with what is comfortable for me.

The bottom portion of the Pressure set is sexy. I don’t have anything in my closet like this. The chains are beautiful nestled on the hips and thighs. The chains are a solid gold and really pop against the skin along with whatever lingerie you may have paired underneath. I could walk around in this and the Lush Set all day. In fact I did. Pressure paired with the Lush set had me feeling regal. I have the white, and I’m eyeing that blue. Out of all my Lush sets, the blue stands as my favorite, so I could only IMAGINE what it would look like with Pressure.

I highly suggest you take a look at these two pieces. I ALSO highly suggest you check out the harness section in general. A harness is a GREAT way to add extra spice to a set.

I’ve been working way more consistently. Feel like I haven’t really had time for the blog. I think I’ve also been feeling that “oh my writing isn’t good enough, I’m not gonna post that” blah blah. Fuck the negative self-talk, fuck the hinderance.

I’ve started spending more time outside and enjoying the weather. I’m an introvert by nature so I can just lose time in this apartment by myself. Planing in breaks is what helps. Every time I put on a SavageXFenty bodysuit or teddy, I truly feel like one of the baddest bitches out there. And that’s exactly what I have to review for you today.

What I thought was mesh, was actually tulle. There is mesh in the back of the piece, but mostly it’s the tulle that’s showing out. Upon first purchase I thought it was just a clear mesh in the front. When I opened up the package? Found out that there was gorgeous tulle in front and the center panel SPARKLES. So think about laying in the sun while wearing this? Oh the photos would be immaculate. This is the piece you take to the lingerie photoshoot. This is the piece you wake up and pose in during golden hour. If not golden hour then a setting that FOCUSES on the lingerie piece with a dark background.

This piece is TRULY one meant for photos. Definitely take some when you get it, you’re going to love yourself for it. The underwire shapes the body and isn’t uncomfortable at all. It almost gives you a light corset feel. I love the garters on it of course, and they ARE removable. So you can go for two looks, she a versatile girl. Now the tulle is see through, so if you want to wear this out you may also want to invest in some pasties. Or say fuck it and let the nips out because they aren’t hurting anyone.

*Lingerie Tip: READING IS FUNDAMENTAL. I say this for myself and for whoever is reading. Did you know….those long tags that I’ve talked about before…on SavageXFenty…are meant to be removed? Now if you already knew, this is the part where you go “DUH BITCH”. I learned this fun fact when it was a laundry day. For some reason I decided that THIS was the day I’m going to read the tag and properly wash my items. Whelp. Baby, I learned that day. It clearly says “TAG MEANT TO BE REMOVED” just like that at the top and then lists how you should wash the garment. Do with this information as you please.

This piece of lingerie is actually machine washable, so you can throw it in the washing machine on delicate and then put it in the dryer. So this makes this piece pretty DURABLE if you ask me. Underwire probably isn’t your favorite word, they may even be deterring you away from this piece. There is room for some stretch. I got a large and it’s not tight, it’s not loose, it’s giving me give where I need it, to me this is a perfect fit. It has a thong bottom so that ass will also look amazing in this. It’s a beautiful simple piece so you could dress this up and down, however you want. This is surely a piece you need in your lingerie closet.

In the photo I was doing a Daki cosplay. I wanted to give that vibe of top Oiran. Demoness about to clock in for the night. If Daki were real, she would most definitely be wearing SavageXFenty. Daki is one of my favorite characters from Demon Slayer so I’ll be touching on her in cosplay again. I definitely want to invest in the entire cosplay just to see what I would look like in it.

It’s been a minute. Right? The last post I made was about Brazilian waxing, and the LAST lingerie post was March 31st. Time definitely got the best of me, and yah girl surely forgot about a few things. This blog being one of them. BUT I don’t want to forget about this blog or stop the work that I’ve put into it. Writing is one of my favorite outlets. So I was going to make this bottom half a whole “Life Update” thing, but now I don’t think it’s necessary. I’m just going to keep putting out what I’m working on and focusing on my passions.

This month is Mental Health Awareness month AND National Masturbation Month. I’m going to be talking about both at some point. I’ve been WAITING to give you sex toy reviews and now seems like the perfect time. I’ve been actively working no my mental health. My new therapist gives me homework, and then we talk about it. Healing, trauma, self-love, structure, it’s all being touched. That’s just a little bit of what I’ve been working on.
